How to create a global email footer and add an opt-in link to the email footer to allow contacts to opt in or out of certain mailing lists.

Step1: Edit your global email footer.
Settings > Email Automation Settings > Email tab > Custom Footer Text > Add your footer in plain text or HTML.

Step 2: Create a text link to your preferences page.
1. Type the text you want the footer to display.
2. Select the text you want to link to your preferences page.
3. Select the link icon in the text editor toolbar.
4. begin typing “Preferences” in the URL fields and select the Preferences page.

Tip: You can repeat these steps to add any link to your footer.
